We will then arrange an "in principle" trade valuation using our database of up to date property prices in your area.

3. An Offer for your Home
If you are happy with the “in principle” trade offer made over the telephone we will arrange to visit you in your home to answer any questions you may have and to explain the process. Our offer is valid for 28 days, so you won't feel rushed or pressured in having to move forward. We only proceed with the exchange process when you are totally happy with the process.

4. The Sale
Once you have accepted our offer, we handle the paperwork to ensure a smooth sale. You can also use your solicitor or ours, either way the bill is settled by us up to £500. Once the sale has completed you receive any cash that may be due to you.
